BH&PC has a Management Committee that meets each month to ensure:

• The club is meeting its obligations under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015, BH&PC Constitution and affiliation agreements with EA Western Australia and PCAWA.

• Grounds and facilities are maintained and developed.

• Horseman’s and Pony Club activities are meeting the needs of members, and are running safely and effectively.

Any member may attend Committee meetings, however only Committee members may vote and be present for discussion of sensitive matters. Other guests may attend at the discretion of the President and Secretary.

The Management Committee is re-elected each year at an AGM. The AGM is usually run in November or December each year.
